These upgrades, set to enhance the airport’s infrastructure and facilities, are scheduled to take place from now until February 2026.

Airport Drop Off:
Our drivers will drop you off curb side on your departure outside the respective Terminal.
Airport Pick Up:
Our drivers will meet and greet you inside the respective Terminal, and will be holding up your name on your arrival. The meeting points are as follows:
International Arrivals (T2): our drivers will meet and greet you in front of Hudson Cafe.
Qantas Domestic Arrivals (T1): our drivers will meet and greet you at the bottom of the escalators after you exit the security doors.
Virgin Domestic Arrivals (T3): our drivers will meet and greet you at the bottom of the escalators after you exit the security doors.
Jetstar Domestic Arrival (T4): our drivers will meet and greet you at the bottom of the escalators.
Rex Domestic Arrival (T4): our drivers will meet and greet you at the bottom of the escalators.
Transfers in Mini Buses & Coaches:
Inline with Melbourne Airport regulations, vehicles with 10 seats or more are required to drop off & pick up from the designated "Groups & Charters" zones outside the Terminals on ground level.
For T1, T2 & T3 the zone is situated outside in front of T2. For T4 the zone is situated on the ground level of the Transport Hub.
Our drivers will drop you off and meet you at this location on your departure & arrival.
Groups & Charters Zones:
International (T2): our drivers will drop off and pickup at the “Groups & Charters” zone outside of T2.
Qantas Domestic (T1): our drivers will drop off and pickup at the “Groups & Charters” zone outside of T2.
Virgin Domestic (T3): our drivers will drop off and pickup at the “Groups & Charters” zone outside of T2.
Jetstar Domestic (T4): our drivers will drop off and pickup at the “Groups & Charters” zone on the ground level of the Transport Hub.
Rex Domestic (T4): our drivers will drop off and pickup at the “Groups & Charters” zone on the ground level of the Transport Hub.
In partnership with Travellers Aid, Melbourne Airport has launched a pilot program to support travellers who may find navigating the airport challenging. Four new mobility hubs provide convenient access to services, including wheelchair transfers and buggy transport. Passengers can utilise these resources to move between car parks, check-in areas, baggage claim, and passenger pick-up or drop-off zones with ease. This trial service is currently available Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.
